La Famiglia Cataldo- Carmelo and Theresa Cataldo came to America in1928 from Southern Italy. An area called Calabria. Theresa was pregnant with thier first child, Marie. They had 7 children. Carmelo died in 1952. Flory, the youngest child was only 9. Theresa died in 1961. I was 5yo. All I remember was Grandma always pulling my thumb out of my mouth.
